We operate under strict mineralogical integrity. Every geological specimen, raw crystal, and faceted gemstone sold by Divinity Crystals is guaranteed to be 100% natural unless explicitly stated otherwise. We mandate transparent disclosures of Mohs hardness, structural formation, and any standard industry treatments. Fake reviews, fabricated laboratory reports, and misrepresentation of synthetic stones as earth-mined are strictly against our corporate policy.

2. Spiritual Intent & Medical Disclaimer

In accordance with our E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards, we clearly differentiate between established geological science and traditional spiritual lore. While our crystals undergo traditional Vedic acoustic cleansing and Reiki-activation prior to dispatch, crystal healing is highly subjective and depends on individual intent.

3. Order Processing, Verification & Security

To prevent shipping errors and maintain our high-velocity fulfillment ecosystem, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require formal verification via WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Orders remain in a pending state until our Dehradun fulfillment specialists successfully verify the delivery details.

4. Global Logistics & Customs

Divinity Crystals serves both India and select international markets. Prices listed on our domestic platform include applicable taxes (e.g., GST). For international orders, exact shipping tariffs are calculated at checkout. The recipient is solely responsible for any import duties, customs tariffs, or VAT levied by the destination country.

5. The Divinity Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns)

We stand by our lapidary craftsmanship and mineral purity. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The specimen must remain in its original, unadulterated condition and be accompanied by the Official Gemological Laboratory Certificate Card and all original protective packaging.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from interactions with Nirmal Gyan Enterprises or Divinity Crystals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
