2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund or priority exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Unaltered State: The crystal or gemstone must be in its original, undamaged condition. It must not have been physically altered, chipped, or exposed to damaging chemical/water treatments.
• Lab Certification: The Official Gemological Laboratory Certificate Card (if applicable to your specific piece) must be included in the return package.
• Original Packaging: All protective materials and branding boxes must be returned intact to ensure safe reverse transit.

3. Transit Damage Protocol

We utilize museum-grade thermal shock-absorption wraps and rigid structural corner guards to protect delicate mineral cleavage planes during transit. However, if a specimen is compromised by courier mishandling, we offer an immediate resolution:

• Include a clear photograph of the damaged item and the external packaging.
• We will authorize an immediate priority replacement (if a similar geological specimen is available) or issue a full refund without requiring you to wait for a complex courier investigation.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process
